ICs, LLC (“ICs”) is an aerospace and engineering company. ICs handles personal, customer, supplier, business-contact, and transactional information conservatively and only as reasonably necessary for legitimate ICs business purposes.
Information handled in ordinary business
In the course of legitimate business, ICs may receive information that customers, prospective customers, suppliers, and other business contacts provide directly to ICs. This may include names and business contact information, correspondence, contractual or order information, invoicing and transaction information, and other information voluntarily supplied in ordinary business dealings.
ICs uses such information only as reasonably necessary to conduct legitimate ICs business, including to:
- communicate with customers, prospective customers, suppliers, and other business contacts;
- respond to inquiries, perform contracts, and provide products or services;
- prepare invoices and receive or make payments;
- maintain ordinary business, accounting, legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping information; and
- protect ICs systems, property, and legal rights where reasonably necessary.
ICs does not sell or rent personal or customer information. ICs does not provide such information to data brokers, advertisers, unrelated marketers, or unrelated third parties for their independent commercial use.
ICs may disclose information only where reasonably necessary to conduct a legitimate ICs business transaction or obtain a necessary business service, or where disclosure is required by applicable law, valid legal process, or another lawful requirement. Financial institutions may receive transaction-related information where reasonably necessary to receive or make payments, process banking transactions, or maintain ICs financial accounts. ICs does not currently use a separate third-party payment processor.
Public website
The current ICs public website is a static informational website. ICs does not intentionally use the website for advertising or analytics, customer accounts, ecommerce transactions, or collection through web contact forms, and the website source does not include third-party tracking JavaScript. Web-hosting infrastructure may generate routine technical request or security information in the ordinary operation of web servers. ICs does not use website information for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Data minimization, protection, and retention
ICs seeks to limit collection and handling to information reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes and limits disclosure to the necessary business or legal circumstances described in this policy.
ICs uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to its systems and operations to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No security measure can provide an absolute guarantee of protection.
ICs retains information only as reasonably necessary for the applicable business purpose, legitimate recordkeeping, or legal requirement. ICs does not retain information for advertising, behavioral profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial exploitation.
