Joseph J. Feeley

CEO

Joseph J. Feeley is CEO of ICs, LLC and Professor Emeritus at the University of Idaho. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho. His career includes research and development engineering and administration in naval and commercial nuclear power instrumentation and control, followed by two decades on the University of Idaho Electrical Engineering faculty, including 11 years as department chairman.

Eric G. Cameron

President

Eric G. Cameron is President and a Senior Engineer at ICs, LLC. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico in 1993 and previously served as a Research Engineer with the Center for Microelectronics and Biomolecular Research. He has authored or co-authored more than 20 papers and holds three U.S. patents.

Gary K. Maki

CTO

Gary K. Maki is CTO of ICs, LLC and a Senior Member of IEEE. He formerly directed the Center for Advanced Microelectronics and Biomolecular Research and served as a professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Idaho, after holding a similar position at the University of New Mexico. His research spans high-performance electronics and biomolecular electronic sensors, with extensive work in radiation-hard electronics and high-performance VLSI for federal and space applications. He has authored more than 75 papers and holds 11 patents.

Sterling R. Whitaker

Vice President of Engineering

Sterling R. Whitaker is Vice President of Engineering at ICs, LLC. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho in 1988 and has held engineering, academic, and research positions at the University of Idaho, the University of New Mexico, AKM DesignTek, and American Microsystems. He has served as project engineer on 40 integrated-circuit designs, contributed to 35 additional IC developments, holds more than 35 U.S. and foreign patents, and has authored more than 100 technical papers.

Lowell H. Miles

Engineering Lead

Lowell H. Miles is Engineering Lead at ICs, LLC. His work spans radiation-hardened design verification, embedded and software test development, satellite data compression, and space-oriented IP-core design. He designed the USES-32 IP core for CCSDS 121.0-B lossless data compression and the LDPC 8K decoder IP core for CCSDS 131.1-O-1, and he holds five U.S. patents.
