ICs develops underlying circuit technologies for reliable operation in demanding radiation environments. Our current work emphasizes the technologies that enable radiation tolerance, building on decades of research, custom-IC development, and spaceflight experience.

ICs is increasingly focused on the circuit-level technologies that underpin its radiation-tolerance solutions. Under the RHBD umbrella, technologies such as Self-Restoring Logic provide alternatives to traditional TMR approaches. ICs' work in asynchronous sequential circuits is a technology area in its own right and also underpins newer SRL development.
